Palette Hunt provides AI-powered color analysis services delivered as a one-time payment digital product. Upon successful payment, you receive instant access to your personalized color analysis report, AI-generated photos, and AI Studio credits (depending on your plan).

Use License

Permission is granted to use Palette Hunt's services for personal, non-commercial use only. Your purchase grants you:

• Lifetime access to your personalized color analysis results
• The ability to download and use your analysis report and AI-generated photos for personal purposes
• Access to AI Studio features based on your purchased plan and available credits
• The right to rerun your analysis to ensure quality satisfaction

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or results
• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying AI algorithms
• Share your account credentials or transfer your purchase to another person

Additional AI Studio credits can be purchased separately as needed. Credits never expire and remain available in your account.

AI Studio Credits

Credits are the currency used in our AI Studio to generate personalized fashion looks and styling images:

• Each AI image generation costs 10 credits
• Credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Credits are tied to your account and cannot be shared with other users
• Additional credits can be purchased at any time through our credit bundles

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To upload photos of other individuals without their explicit consent
• To upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• To attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the service's intended functionality
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, another user, or any other person or entity
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person or group
• To use the service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair our servers

Service Delivery

Your color analysis results are typically delivered within 2-5 minutes after successful payment and photo upload. You will receive:

• An email notification with a link to view and download your results
• Access to your results through your account dashboard
• AI-generated photos (for Complete and Studio Pro plans)
• AI Studio credits added to your account balance (based on your plan)

In rare cases where delivery is delayed beyond 24 hours due to technical issues, please contact support@palettehunt.com for assistance.

Intellectual Property

The Palette Hunt platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by Palette Hunt and protected by intellectual property laws. Your analysis results and AI-generated photos are provided for your personal use only.

Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following the recommendations
• Individual results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and personal preferences
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on the analysis results

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, though you will retain access to previously purchased analysis results.
