Autumn color analysis identifies individuals with warm undertones and rich, muted coloring. Autumns have natural warmth in their skin, hair, and eyes, and look best in warm, earthy colors like terracotta, olive, rust, and golden browns. The Autumn palette is characterized by colors that are warm, muted, and medium to deep in depth.

You may be an Autumn if: your skin has warm, golden or olive undertones; your eyes are warm (brown, hazel, amber, or warm green); your hair has warm tones (auburn, chestnut, copper, or warm brown); gold jewelry looks better on you than silver; and you look best in earthy, muted colors rather than bright or cool shades.

Autumns should generally avoid cool, bright, or icy colors that clash with their warm undertones. This includes black (opt for chocolate brown), pure white (choose cream or ivory), cool pinks, icy blues, bright fuchsia, and any colors with blue or pink undertones.

While both Autumn and Spring have warm undertones, the key difference is in mutedness and depth. Autumns have muted, earthy coloring and look best in deeper, richer warm colors. Springs have clearer coloring and suit lighter, brighter warm tones. Autumns glow in terracotta and olive, while Springs sparkle in coral and turquoise.
