Palette Hunt Mobile Application for Apple and Android

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Palette Hunt mobile application (the "Service") operated by Palette Hunt ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
License
Palette Hunt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Content
Our Service allows you to upload images and other material ("Content") for color analysis and requested AI generation features. You must have the right to use the Content you provide and remain responsible for its legality and appropriateness. AI-generated results are provided for personal style inspiration and may contain inaccuracies or unexpected details.
Subscriptions and Billing
Palette Hunt offers weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The available plan, billing period, localized price, and any trial or introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase.
Payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play through the store account you use for the purchase. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription renews automatically and the store charges the applicable renewal price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google store account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily refund the current billing period. Refund eligibility is determined by the store's policies and applicable law. Restoring purchases requires the same store account used for the original purchase.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Palette Hunt, a Palette Hunt employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Palette Hunt, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
